Building "Blogs"

WHAT: AFC Officers have an ambitious BLOG schedule to literally put our club on the "map"... for the Austin music community and beyond.

WHO: We're looking for students, teachers, music reviews, performances, teaching and performance tips, educational programs, cool gadgets and gizmos, and more to feature on our AFC Blog.

WHY: Be in the spotlight! You may see your bio, picture, or submission* online - subscribe to our blog so you can see what's being talked about at AFC.

WHEN: Now! Our blogger is accepting contributions.

Austin Flute Club Geared Up for 2010-2011

This year's calendar will include many of the wonderful educational, teaching, and performing opportunities as in years past, and also incorporate some new elements.

Teaching:
If you are a student looking for a teacher, visit our website for a 2010-2011 listing of AFC teachers in the area.

Masterclasses:
High School All-State Etude Masterclass - Sunday, October 24, 2PM @ Concordia University
Other masterclasses will soon be added to our calendar.

Competition:
Young Artist Competition (2011 date TBA). Music selections and Competition application will be posted soon: Junior Division for grades 8-9, and Senior Division for grades 10-12.

Membership Fees Due

Membership fees for our 2008-2009 season are currently due. Download your membership application here, and send it in with a check payable to the Austin Flute Club.
