Austin Flute Club will hold its 22nd annual Young Artist Competition on Sunday, March 7th at the UT Butler School of Music. Twenty-two 8th and 9th graders will perform in the Junior Flute Division, fourteen 10th through 12th graders will perform in the Senior Flute Division, and four 10th through 12th graders will perform in the Piccolo Division. The competition will run from 2:00 to 6:00pm with possible call backs happening before the announcement of the winners. All applicants will receive critical comments from the judges.
